    I’m glad the individual has been punished, and that they were able to fix something they wouldn’t have realized was broken had it not been for this! Perhaps they will implement regular checks of their safety system, to ensure all parts work properly now!

    You would think that after what happened in Sandy Hook that ALL schools would have made routine checks of building security that would have brought the defective lock to the attention of school officials.

  • I really doubt this happened in the manner discribed! I was at that school on that, I walked in unhindered at 1215. Of course that was was after I locked my pistol in my truck. While I was waiting I watched students move freely about. How can that be a true threat and lockdown. When I was there a month there were more folks present. For a drill
