    Why is it the state gets the money when it was the people who lost it in the first place? These types of settlements always pay the state, not those individuals who took the beating to begin with.

    I’d like to see this State require Drug Reps to be licensed. I’d also like to see them be held liable when the trash that they are pushing, very frequently off-label, turns out to be poison.
