Looks like Superintendent Denise Hamlin took a few blows to the jaw on this one. I’m betting in the next go round there’s a whole bunch of employees hoping she takes one big kick in the behind just before the door on the way out swings back and slaps her backside one last time.

  • Now that the RSU has entered into a consent agreement the next time this type of group ‘cluster’ happens Denise Hamlin might as well have her bags packed and sitting inside the door. Interfering with a contractual right, as well as interfering with with representation simply based on a personal bias (someone’s gotta bug crawling up somewhere !) is a clear violation of a person’s basic exercise of Constitutional Right’s (Freedom of Assembly, Right to Petiton for Redress of Grievance’s). That the RSU entered into a Consent Decree says it all. In short, someone got stupid and then they got caught ! It also should be seen by the RSU as just about the last warning shot they are gonna’ get as far as this type of nonsense happening again. Hamlin goes and ‘interfere’s’ again with anyone, in any way, with regard to this decree and the RSU is gonna get a VERY nasty public smacking (and fine $) to show for their deliberate contempt of it. It’s also gonna get the RSU’s current School Board a real up-close, and examination by the Court’s of their personnel practice’s. Given the current consent decree and what lead up to it, the School Board might want to re-think a few of their policy’s. They might also want to have a small ‘dscussion’ with their Superintendent in a ‘Executive Session’ and show her how close she is to the door.

Teachers and possible future teachers – looks like a district to avoid for a few more years!
