    From the statement made by the former board chair and the superintendent it’s clear to me where the communications problem starts. One would expect the board to have hired a superintendent who could at least understand basic math. Losing a budget vote by almost a 2 to 1 margin would suggest a big problem and not just with communications and mis-information!
