Charles Ehret, Colorado Springs, Colo., speeding 30 plus mph more than posted speed, $350.

Jacob Farrin, Canaan, violating condition of release, jail 72 hours.

Joshua A. Gray, Bangor, burglary of motor vehicle, jail three months; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail three months; burglary of motor vehicle, jail 18 months, all but three months suspended, probation two years, restitution $735.

Lindsay E. McBreairty, Bangor, violating condition of release, jail 45 days.
