    These are the same guys we see on the papers Crime pages over and over again. Maine needs to enact a similar law to the one in California, with Three Strikes and you are OUT law. I am so terribly sick of seeing the same thugs and criminals commit crimes and then be let out to do it all over again. I can only imagine that the Police Departments of these towns and cities, feel the same way.
