Bangor puts up Christmas tree in West Market Square

The city of Bangor's holiday tree, a 30-foot balsam fir grown and donated by Sprague's Nursery, was put up in West Market Square on Tuesday morning. The tree lighting will be on Saturday after the Festival of Lights parade that begins at 4:30 p.m.

BANGOR, Maine — The city of Bangor’s holiday tree, a 30-foot balsam fir grown and donated by Sprague’s Nursery, was put up in West Market Square on Tuesday morning. The tree lighting will be on Saturday after the Festival of Lights parade that begins at 4:30 p.m.
