BLUE HILL, Maine — Three adults and a dozen juveniles were charged with alcohol-related offenses after deputies with the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department responded to a noise complaint about 11:30 p.m. Friday.
Alison Carey, 57, of Blue Hill was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, a Class D crime, according the sheriff’s office. Alex Buzzell, 18, of Ellsworth and James Szasz, 18, of Blue Hill were charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
The juveniles, who names were not released were issued summons for underage drinking.
An earlier version of this story contained an error. Alison Carey, 57, of Blue Hill was charged with furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, a Class D crime, according to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department. She was not charged with furnishing alcohol to minors.
