Homeowner….protect yourself! What is going on around here? Drugs, alcohol. Are we safe in our own homes anymore?

Are WE safe in OUR homes? Hmm, speaking for the Homeowners association or what, Fred? LOL “WE” who? Got a mouse in your pocket? LOL This ain’t been Andy Of Mayberry for quite a while now, tho there seems to be some Folks pretty slow on the uptake about it.

    Nice boyfriend lady.
    I mean ex-boyfriend.

After terrorizing the neighborhood, they let this nut job out of jail for only $1,000 dollars? Nice way to make the community feel safe.

Agreed, I wonder if there were any young children or elderly people in the five homes that were privileged to witness this bloody, screaming, window smashing spectacle at 4:00 AM? Maybe they thought he could not come up with the 1k.

Not a word about killing the disoriented bleeding guy yet! Don’t get all civilized now, ought to be a half-dozen posts here about giving him a ‘double tap’ a .44 magnum — may not be a lot left for the 2nd tap though. A 12 ga buck shot at center mass, or maybe an AR 15s stitching him like a zipper. Geeze. Call 911 and the cops was the better way to go — “Hey, ah-yup, there’s a bleeding fella banging on my house and talking to himself. Nope, not a neighbor or relative. Best come get him…” LOL

at least this one stayed outside……cant shoot em in the yard……

      • Anonymous

Yeah, but you can always drag em into the house……………………

get the hose get rid of the blood/drag trail ? Yup……not a good plan…..lol

      • Bill Cat

Now there’s an honest man. LOL You go, Johny!

    • Anonymous

So very true. This man’s safety is the main priority.

      • Bill Cat

Nice theory, all depends how ‘this man’ acts. I was just taking a little jab at the over-enthused gun guys — the land mines would’ve got him long before all that. LOL This mans safety is a priority UNTIL it becomes a choice between that and mine or those I love. Self-preservation is a very strong instinct.

Agreed, protecting the weak and innocent is far more of a priority. (I was being somewhat sarcastic.) I’ve heard of people shooting thieves as they fled with their lawn furniture though. You have to weigh things like if taking a human life justifiable to you, your local DA, and to a jury of you peers. I’ve also heard it costs roughly 85K these days on average to defend yourself after shooting an intruder, even in a simple case. Having the police drag this idiot off unhurt is the best possible outcome for all.

do you get your information from the brady campaign website?
it doesn’t cost you anything to go before a judge for a castle doctrine hearing.

Oh, I’m not anti-gun. I’m a gun club member and shoot trap and target shoot regularly. I’ve heard most of these stories from other members. You really would not want any hearing without a lawyer defending you. If you were to kill someone you would most likely face suits from their family etc. What I’m saying is if you can avoid having to kill someone, you are far better off in a lot of ways. If it is necessary, so be it.

          you too funny !!! lol

It’s a wonder he didn’t get shot. I know if someone was breaking into my home by smashing a window he would be looking down the barrel of my Glock.
