    If I were a Dem running and the margin was small, I would also request a recall. It is a proven fact that majority of the proven voter fraud comes from the republican party.

    The very last paragraph makes no sense:  :  “recounts  results could change the final partisan tally in the House and Senate…..(now that’s mastery of the obvious)…but they are unlikely to shift either chamber back to Republican control.”    Even if the Republicans won ALL of the recount contest,  neither chamber’s majority party would change.     Come on now.
