    The drug culture has become completly out of control. Does the rest of the free world have this problem?

    Someone thought I was wrong when I expressed that he probably had a substance abuse problem in an earlier article about this Nutter (who really lives up to his name).  Apparently this guy does have a drug problem after all. Imagine that!
