    When did 10% of $4,000 become $800?

By law, I have to buy liability insurance for my vehicle.   Do ATV and snowmobile drivers who use public roads have any such coverage?  The way some of them operate when they are on the roads makes it inevitable that crashes will occur.  I don’t begrudge anyone their fun, but I don’t want to have to use my own uninsured motorist coverage when some yahoo bangs into me.   And I would not like to be the pedestrian in an incident with one of these machines.  Ultimately, the State needs to address this issue, but Greenville should look into it locally.
