    Poll question isnt very bright.  I mean honestly, how could they possibly get any worse??

    • It didn’t mention getting worse it asked if they would improve. It was pretty easy to read.

        I think his point was how could they not improve. Things don’t get worse than last year so just about anything would be considered an improvement by comparision…
