PALMYRA – Jeanette Cianci, 77, died Oct. 23, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 1, 1935, a daughter of Edward and Viola (Lewis) Atwood.

She was a member of the Pittsfield Congregation, Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed going in service.

In addition to her husband, Joseph Cianci Sr.; she is survived by three sons, Kenneth of Florida, Joseph Jr. of Portland, Craig and wife, Christina, of St. Albans; a daughter, Angelina Karol of Florida; a brother, George Atwood of Troy; two sisters, Barbara Thody and Sylvia Perkins, both of Palmyra; two grandsons and a granddaughter. She was predeceased by a brother, Edward Atwood, and a sister, Josephine Desjardins.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, at Kingdom Hall, Pittsfield. Burial will be at Palmyra Village Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Those who wish may sign an online guest register at
