    Perhaps Ms. Degiovanni has some of that Italian creativity for producing beautiful and imaginative art. Some of the Italian greats require some appreciation for something a little different. Hot tubs sprayed with red paint might be the next hot art exhibit. Who knows?

    Maybe she was upset that they looked like broken washing machines from the road. People started realizing that they’re not lawn ornaments anymore.
