LEVANT – Helen May (Pelletier) Worcester, 68, went to heaven Oct. 19, 2012. She was born Aug. 30, 1944, in East Millinocket, daughter of George P. Pelletier and Viola (Theriault) Pelletier.
On May 6, 1961, Helen married Edward J. Worcester. Soon after they were married, they were joined by their daughter, Chrystal. Helen will be remembered for her fierce love for her family and friends.
She will be met in heaven by her parents, as well as many friends and family members. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her daughter, Chrystal Adams and her husband, Randy; her granddaughters, Wendi and her husband, Adam, and Jessica and her husband, John; five great-grandchildren, Henry, Hadley, Ren, Jack and Katie; her sisters, Catherine, Theresa and Jeanette; two brothers, Jack and Bonhomme, and all of their families.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at Hermon Odd Fellows Hall, Billings Road, after the interment.
