Pauline A. ‘Sister’ (Barry) True

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Pauline A. “Sister” (Barry) True, 74, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, after a battle with cancer.

Pauline was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Cambridge, Mass., and was a homemaker until her children were grown. She then worked for the food service at Boston College for more than 16 years, retiring in 1998. Pauline enjoyed puzzles, quilting and trips to Maine.

She was the wife of the late Reginald True, who passed away in 1997. She is survived by her children, Kevin Simard of Westborough, Mass., Michael Simard and his wife, Joan, of Westfield, Mass., and Kathleen Simard of Southborough, Mass.; two sisters, Rose Gomes of Cambridge, Mass., and Eileen Masci of Somerville, Mass.; and four grandchildren, Nycole and Kendal Simard, and Maggie and Alison Simard.

Visiting hours will be held 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough, Mass. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
