  • Not too bright on the victims part to tell the burglers girlfriend that the house would be vacant all night.  But hope they throw the book at Mr. Briscoe on the fed charges to help deter others from trying the same thing.  And wonder why no charges for the girlfriend?? She had to know about the stolen stuff in her house and pick-em-up truck.
