    If he was smuggling marijuana, he probably would have gotten 10 years to life.

    so a man (who took his life) was facing up to 20 years and a $500K fine for marijuana and this guy gets 4 years for bringing into this country (for over a year) oxycodone….some things that make you say what!!???? 

  • After they get done building that fence on the southern border, they gotta’ get hot with doing the same up north here!  Those pesky Canadians are always up to something evil.  Well, except during hockey season when they stay “over-home” and watch TV.

    Once he gets out, they need to take his dual citizenship, and de-pot him to Canada. Then the next time he tries to cross, lock him up and toss the key.

    Why is it called importing? I always understood that if you crossed something over a border illegally it was smuggling.
