They won’t do it, because they are too arrogant to accept any outside help other than getting recommendations.

Oh this is rich is humor, there is no possible way that Pen Bay will be in the top of anything except misdiagnosis, long and boring waits in the ER, and just plain inferior Doctors. You want to make that place a top hospital? Fire all the DR’s, the administration, burn the building down, and start all over!

How about creating a Complementary Care Program within the hospital facility? This region is OVERFLOWING with exceptionally skilled men and women who practice a wide range of healing arts. Look to the urban center hospitals in this country and you’ll find progressive Complementary Programs within hospital doors, programs which actively support people who suffer from chronic pain and many debilitating conditions. Where are the acupuncurists, energy healers, massage therapists and other skilled and dedicated professionals who could be working within a Pen Bay Hospital Wellness Program?? They are HERE, many who have asked, for YEARS, for prevention and wellness support programs to be a part of PBMC’s program.
    Maybe the time is NOW.
