    Again, we need a state law requiring towns – or maybe the state – to buy properties at 90% of their tax-assessed value if the owner demands it. If the assessment is accurate, the property can be re-sold at a slight profit; if it isn’t, the law gives the town or state (whichever one has to buy the property) an interest in making it so.
