    Finally someone who gets it and writes the truth! Those who can not help themselves are the ones who need the funding! It’s such common sense, why do people in gov’t not see this.   This is why I voted for LePage.. he gets it, we need to truly help those who need help.  There needs to be more articles like this so that the families who are caring for those with disabilities start to see that cuts to the system will in the long run help them to continue to receive services.
