I think we should have more half a million dollar bails.  I don’t think there’s enough money in all of Greenbush & Medway combined to cover that one.

If we have to have home invasions, I’m glad we have home invaders so stupid that they break into places occupied by people who know them.

    • jerrymyx

It would not be classified as a home invasion, if occupants were not there…. am I correct?

      • Anonymous

I think so.  Then it would just be an ordinary burglary.  I am assuming in my comment above that the occupants not only know the invaders, but are home when they break in.

Too bad she wasnt armed and trained on use of a handgun or shotgun and could have killed both of them. That would have prevented them from doing it again.

They say our jails are full.  That’s because there are no ‘real’ consequences.  Put ’em away, take away TV, etc., give them longer times and make them work.  You’ll empty the jails soon enough.  And as for there being no room at present; pack ’em in like sardines.  It’s only deserved punishment for these terrible crimes.  To hell with ‘their’ rights; let’s stop coddling these morons and protect our citizens.  Arm yourself people; don’ t get beaten with a tire iron.

Treat them like they would get treated in a Mexican or a Russian prison.

Brutal attack. Unbelievable what they did to her if you saw the TV report on WABI. Dozens of stitches to the scalp, they beat her with a tire iron! There is nothing that can be legally done to pay these creeps back for the damage to this woman (and  those two kids.)

Anyone want to bet whether or not this had anything to do with bath salts?

It’s about time this clown is behind bar’s! He has been a thorn in the side of this community for a long time!

I agree, I knew Hutch back a few years ago and can honestly say he is the scum of the earth. He would always coax people into these plans and come out cleaner than before while everyone took the wrap for his messed up ideas. I hope he not only gets the absolute harshest punishment imaginable but on top of that he gets a nice welcome to prison, I can just imagine how many people are there because Hutch rolled after convincing them something was a good idea. I also would like to say my heart goes out to the victim and her children and I hope a full recovery is made both physically and emotionally.

They should both be beat.  Now that is a bail amount! Good Job court system.

wow beating a woman in front of her children, way to go scumbags! what the hell is wrong with people. i hope both these sorry excuses for men get whats coming to them. it’s time for our criminal system to deal out harsher punishments for these low lives. and before anyone blames it on lack of jobs or nothing to do in greenbush keep it to yourselves. theres no excuse for this behavior.

I grew up in the Medway area and I’m totally disgusted what I see there now!  About 10-15 years ago local quacks pushed oxycontin into the towns creating an epidemic.  Now that they can’t get oxy’s, we have a parade of people heading to Bangor everyday to get meth, we still have the pill heads, and now hereion shooters walking the streets.  Oh let’s not forget all the alcoholics driving around.  It really is a shame to watch.  Our ancestors are flipping in thier graves.

    If convicted ! ?

    • Anonymous

They have to legally say if convicted. Knowing this scumbag, he will give up a bunch of information to the cops and other agencies and he will slip through the cracks again. Hopefully he gets to see some of the people he helped incarcerate in jail and they pay him back with the same sort of horrific beating. Oh, and if this was in Texas, he would be in jail for the next 65 years, I bet he may get three IF convicted.

One can almost see the twisted working of the minds of these two… “Hey man I know this lady, she has scripts and cash and some nice stuff… We don’t have to go to random places hoping to score…” I don’t know that I would call them a “new” breed of criminal, but this trend recently  almost always seems to relate to the victims knowing directly or indirectly their attackers…. I am so glad bail was set high enough to keep this animal off the street… Now all we as a society can hope for is the other animal is caught and both are convicted…
