BANGOR, Maine — The Bangor Housing Authority held its end-of-summer block party Wednesday afternoon.

A water slide, a dunk tank, bounce houses and horse-drawn wagon rides were among the attractions that brought families from the nearby Capehart community to the fun at Downeast Elementary School.
