      I chuckled when I read that too. I got to thinking though, that it kinda makes sense, it would keep him from pulling a weapon, if he had one in there. 

      • I understand the why, I was just questioning the way the sentence was written so poorly. lol

    Po-Po questions man, man becomes belligerent and runs…. Po-Po chasing “fleeing suspect”….suspect runs out of his shoes…..concerned citizen intervenes and helps Po-Po with a “trip”…Po-Po maces man… loses “glass pipe”……certainly sounds like “BS” to me…..

    $60 bail? I bet taxpayers paid more then that to chase the guy, arrest him, transport him, process him.
