    If we are not a Communist nation, we let people make choices. These days there is a ton of information available through so many media venues that anyone who smokes, if they don’t have a loved one who has been harmed by smoking, have the ability to know the risks. We cannot legislate healthy choices and it is wrong to do so in a free country.
