    So if Mr Villegas took the pictures of the victim with the victim’s permission, would he then be allowed by law to show them to neighbors, co-workers, and acquaintances?

    Since our insurance man/private investigator was involved in taking videos of the johns for nefarious purposes, how come he or his “employee” are not charged with sextortion?  Such a charge would seem logical, especially since the “investigators” were out to get him, forcing him to investigate the investigators.
