So no congrats from LePage, I mean he was determined to get these banned, no “Hey thanks Obama for making this ban across the country”

I think he would sooner sit down and pull his toenails out with a pair of pliers.  I find it amazing they got this legislation past Congress without the Repubs tacking an Obamacare repeal on it.

    •  Maine has already banned bath salts so why is a thank you to Obama in order.  Also, who really thinks that banning bath salts will stop or even slow the use of them.

That is exactly my point, LePage is not taking the spotlight for credit leading the ban on bath salts by banning them in this state and the federal gov’t finally picking up on it and if it wasn’t for him, bath salts would be..etc etc etc

We know LePage or Obamas act is not going to ban them, look at the other laws and see how they are doing banning anything.

I think we are going a little overboard with the flagged for review policy.

I’m surprised the Republican politicians didn’t screech about another one of their freedoms being taken away.

I think this is one of those “big government is bad except for here” things.

Yeah, there seems to be a lot of those exceptions when you get past the talking point and get specific.

And with that, The Zombie Apocalypse has been averted.    Just another reason to vote Obama and not that tax-evading, job-outsourcing, presidential hopeful up to the highest bidder, Mitt Romney.  Romney would have let the drug go in the hopes it would kill off the lower class and have them devour the Middle Class, so the upper class could try out the new weapons they paid for.
