BANGOR, Maine — A local teenager was arrested for aggravated criminal mischief early Saturday after he reportedly caused a “couple thousand” dollars in damage to a group of parked cars, Bangor Lt. Tim Reid said Saturday.
The 17-year-old “keyed about four vehicles that were parked,” the lieutenant said.
Police were called to Columbia Street at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday and found the teenager and the damage.
The name of the person arrested and charged was not released because he is a juvenile.
His charge was upgraded to aggravated because of the extensive damage, Reid said. (Nok-Noi Ricker, BDN)
