MILLINOCKET – Agnes J. Perry, 85, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Pat was born June 30, 1927, daughter of George and Agnes (Day) Boss.

She attended school in East Millinocket. She married the love of her life, Wilbur "Web" Perry, May 6, 1946, and spent 51 years together until he died in 1997. Pat was very family oriented. She loved her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and whatever kids came by. She loved them all. She was a homemaker first and foremost; in addition, she worked in the custodial department for Millinocket School Department for 29 years where she was affectionately known as "Nana Perry." She loved going to camp, and loved going bird hunting with George and his dog, Maggie. She was an awesome Mom. Pat was also an active member of American Legion Auxiliary as well as past president of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Pat spent the last year with her daughter, Lynn, who provided loving care for her.

Pat is survived by daughter, Lynn Walsh and husband, Buzzy; son, Jimmy Perry and wife, Sheila; son, Peter Perry and wife, Diane; son, George Perry and wife, Pam; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was predeceased by a brother, Charlie Boss; sister, Bubbles Mackin; and great-grandson, Cody Strout.

Friends may visit with the family 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. with Pastor Terry Given officiating.
