    Where does it say she hinted towards anything?  “Implied” and “hinted” are not the same thing.  Actually, what was the purpose of your post?

    “The suspect is described as white or hispanic,approximately 20-25 years of age, 5-foot-2’, medium build and dark hair”.  That description fits about 1/4 of the young women in Portland…what good is that description going to do?

    • It rules out the other 3/4 of the young women in Portland.
