PORTLAND, Maine — Storms and heavy rain kept 4th of July revelers and the city’s fireworks display at bay. The extravaganza, including a concert by the Portland Symphony Orchestra, has been rescheduled for Thursday night, July 5, 2012. Fireworks displays in Eastport, Lewiston, Rumford and Oxford were also delayed.
