    Do I have this correct: the Y needs the town to pick up a $55,000 tab for it every year, making non-member taxpayers forced to pay for a membership group, but now they have the money for a big expansion?

      I would like to know the reason they are continually unable to balance their budget.   I have to balance mine.
       

  • Sure, I’ll vote for it,  the day they offer locals who are footing the bill anyway a free (or inexpensive) membership.
