    From what i hear about this guy, he is terrific, great post for him.  Congratulations

  • You guys in Portland are lucky. I am a Philadelphia teacher who has worked in Mr. Caulk’s region for several years.  He is a good listener and collaborator, truly wants to do what is right for students, and works well with teachers and principals.  I wish him all the best, we are truly sorry to lose him.
