PORTLAND, Maine — A two-vehicle accident hindered traffic in the northbound lanes of Interstate 295 on Thursday morning.
Maine State Police spokesman Stephen McCausland said Thursday morning a tractor-trailer and car collided in a construction zone in the northbound lanes near the Congress Street overpass.
