THOMASTON, Maine — The town planning board will review later this month a proposal for a 9-lot mobile home park.
Engineer Joe LaBranche of Rockland has sought approval to create the mobile home park on Clark Street, which runs off Booker Street next to the Volunteers of America housing complex.
The planning board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, to review the Granite Gardens application.
The property is owned by Paul Wilson of Cushing. The lots would range from 6,500 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet.
Work on the development would begin in spring 2013.
