HUDSON, Maine — Due to an opening on the Board of Selectmen, Hudson Grange No. 457 will host another Candidates Night at the Hudson Town Hall on Monday evening, May 21, at 7:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Residents are encouraged to attend to meet the two candidates for the position, Mike Kelley and Franklin Randall. This gives all residents of the town of Hudson an opportunity to ask questions of the local candidates and to find out more about them and their platform before voting on Tuesday, June 12.
Residents will also have a chance to meet the candidates running for the open seats representing Hudson’s District 13 House of Representative and District 20 Maine Senate. Voting for the other candidates running for the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives of District 2, Penobscot County Register of Probate, and Penobscot County Commissioner, District 2 will also occur on this Primary Election Day, June 12. The Democrat, Green Independent and Republican parties each have a separate ballot which is grouped by each party and office.
