BREWER, Maine — A Columbia Falls teenager stopped his vehicle when he came face to face with a school bus on Washington Street on Tuesday, but then “moved forward slowly after the bus’s lights were activated,” Brewer police Sgt. Arden Jones said Wednesday.

Devin Brann, 19, was stopped at around 2:30 p.m. by Lt. Chris Martin, who charged him with passing a stopped school bus. His court date is in July, Jones said.
