Play 5×5 in overtime and just make it a 10 minute overtime instead of  a 5 minute overtime…if it’s tied, then so be it…it’s the regular season…and why go to 4×4 when you’ve played 60 minutes of 5×5..? Full Mask in College Hockey is a MUST…believe me there will be just as much high sticks as ever and THINK ABOUT game #2 in the QF’s vs Merrimack, what a horror show that was and would have been…you want to see blood and fighting then go down the road to the AHL’s Pirates or NHL’s Bruins.

I completely disagree about the high sticks this would be cleaned up immensely if they get rid of the full cage as players are more responsible with their sticks when playing with shields.
