If I had my way, there would not be any portion of his sentence suspended

Golly, I hope he doesn’t accidentally get let out into general population while serving his sentence…

Tom why would you not want to see him out in general population in prision….there aren’t any 4 year old girls in there!

      • I think there was some sarcasm in his post…

actually, if he goes to the state prison in warren child molesters are in general population now, there are too many of them to keep them in segregation anymore :( I know this because I am related to a couple of people that work there…..

A Mothers curse: May you find someone that does to you, what you did to that child.

    • unfortunately this perverse monster would probably like it :(

    • Nice to hope, but he will be put in protective custody and live a better life than most other prisoners with private exercise time, private dining ,etc.

You’re right, MSP (nor any other DOC facility in Maine) does not have a PC unit anymore. Though it’s nice to know that this person will have to be in GP with other inmates that don’t like his crime, it is hard on the staff because the staff still have a duty to protect this guy, no matter what they think of his crime. Knowing how the sentence structure usually is for this type of crime, this must have been especially heinous for the judge to hand down this much time. I can only hope that the child gets the help she will need as well as the family so they can have productive lives and forget about this monster.

  • Sleep well…….sleep well.

Too bad we cannot send this guy to a prison in Mississippi, where they know how to treat slime like this. Some how knowing he will be in the Warren prison watching cable T.V. Ordering food from the canteen, in an air condition cell just does not seem to fit the crime.

Actually too bad we couldn’t send him to a Mexican or Russian prison. There the prisoners get treated like prisoners. Watch Locked Up Abroad on the Discovery Channel. This is how our prisons should be run!

as long as his sentence is…it isnt long enough.

General population should cure him for good!

how could anyone do that to a child???????????? :(

The saddest part of this whole deal is that the child and her family are sentenced for life. The little girl will need therapy all her life to deal with what happened. In my eyes, the punishment should fit the crime. The man that did this should suffer everyday and be in agony like his victim. He should be allowed this option or the option of lethal injection. If I were the judge, I would not waste another taxpayer dollar. The average cost per inmate is 40000 per year.  That is 1.2 million for the length of his sentence. He should be injected and 1/2 of the money saved given to the victim.

What an awful crime. This man should never see the light of day again. This poor baby will have to deal with this for the rest of her life.

  • Another sentence that almost fits the crime.  Are our bleeding heart judges finally getting the message that we are fed up with giving these pedophiles slaps on the wrist?

  • they need to bring the death penalty back for sick individuals like that
