    I can understand grandfathered contractual obligations and the need to keep good people, but this does have a smell of Wall Street.

    At least the gov’s fighting the battle (like NJ Christie with a 57% approval rating)!

    It’s interesting (and sad) how the once fiercely independent rural people have become so used to the Nanny State.
