Bethany Hayward, 43, Appleton, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Anthony P. Reed, 36, Portland, two counts assault on officer, jail one year, all but six months suspended each count, probation two years each count.

Edward Tosswill, 57, Camden, three counts unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 each count, jail four years all but two years suspended each count, probation two years each count, restitution $1,680 each count.

Cases March 24-30

Alston K. Bartlett, 22, Rockland, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, jail seven days.

Thomas J. Billings II, 36, Augusta, unlawful sexual touching, jail 364 days, all but 90 days suspended, probation one year.

Christopher E. Carter, 56, Rockland, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, jail 30 days; operating vehicle after habitual offender license revocation, $1,000, jail nine months; failing to make oral or written accident report, jail 30 days.

Adam Doherty, 28, Camden, two counts theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, prison three years, all but five months suspended each count, probation two years each count; forgery, prison three years, all but five months suspended, probation two years

Dawn Marie O’Brien, 47, Waldoboro, stealing drugs, $400; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400.

Cases April 6-13

Travis Griffin, 27, Warren, unlawful trafficking in synthetic hallucinogenic drug, dismissed.
