    Forget about the old building. Build a new building like you are doing everywhere else, Tractor Supply…and build it in MEDWAY!!!!!! It can be done! Anything off I95 is going to work better. I
    m not picking on Millinocket. I just think it would attract more by the interstate. 

  • Both common sense and Due Dilligence were never seen here apparently. TSC was smart enough to buld a whole new place in Houlton and up in PI. You get what you pay for !

  • All Mainers know how friendly the state is when it comes to welcoming new business….NOT!, and we boo-hoo when businesses leave the state or country, Moral of the story, If your a entrepreneur or thinking of starting a business, Make Maine your last resort, I hear N.H is nice this time of year.

    yeah i would love to see more stuff in medway too next to gateway inn would be great place put in a wendy’s too.

    Something is “fishy” it seems. Concerns of a 50 year old transformer and an unheated area for the sprinkler system shouldn’t be “surprises” that just pop up at this stage in the game.
