    is it that big of a deal? article says the two buildings are near each other, so if you wind up at the wrong inn (you should know the name of the place you are staying at!!), then you get in your car and drive a few paces to the correct place.

    Go to Bar Harbor and find all sorts of lodging with Bar Harbor  and inn/motel/hotel in their names. Those are generic terms no one player can monopolize.  The new hotel has a terrific location. It’s bound to bring serious competition to the market. Everyone else needs to step up their game. Or die.
