LINNEUS – Freeman A. McDunnah, 83, passed away peacefully April 5, 2012, at his home. He was born March 1, 1929, in Linneus, the son of Arnold J. and Adeline (Gardner) McDunnah.

He retired after working 30 years for Operating Engineers Local No. 478, Hampden, Conn.

Freeman is survived by his three sons, Gerald and his wife, Jackie McDunnah, Herschel and his wife, Katie McDunnah, and Allen and his wife, Barbara McDunnah; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and his longtime friend, Shirley Eastman. He was predeceased by his sisters, Irene Crory, Nina Horsman and Vivian Currie.
