CONSTANCE ‘CONNIE’ TURNER CAMPBELL

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Constance "Connie" Turner Campbell, 68, died March 28, 2012, at Wesley Long Memorial Hospital. Connie was born Jan. 5, 1944, in Bangor, to Edward and Ella Turner.

Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by her parents; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Hazen and Ruby Campbell of Bangor. She is survived by her husband, Theodore "Ted" Campbell of Greensboro, N.C.; three sons, David Campbell and wife, Cynthia, of Thomasville, N.C., Daniel Campbell of Greensboro, N.C., and Dustin Campbell and wife, Tammy, of Greensboro, N.C.; a sister, Bonnie Santo and husband, Buddy, of Vermont; a brother, John Turner of Vermont; three grandsons, Matthew Campbell, Jeremy Campbell and Parker Campbell; and one granddaughter, Erin Campbell. The family expresses their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Ashton Place and Wesley Long Memorial Cancer Wing for the loving and compassionate care given to Connie during her illness.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hospice and Palliative Care, 2500 Summit Ave., Greensboro, NC 27405.
