    The Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation mission is to educate the public about the Medal of Honor and the sacrifices of the servicemen who were awarded that medal.  It was founded by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society,  people who are living reciepients of the medal. The headline in this article appears to be naming the wrong group and the wrong medal that this person is being considered for. Maybe they are refering to the Congressional Gold Medal or a Freedom Medal?
