    Before considering any demolition it is best to have an audit done on hazardous material removal. The fines that will be levied by Federal and State, if removal is not done properly, will be a nightmare and very,very costly. Towns that are foolish enough to accept these old buildings as a gift are just getting a very expensive liability.
