FORT KENT – Annette Bouley, 89, died peacefully Feb. 24, 2012, surrounded by all her children at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born June 8, 1926, in Fort Kent, daughter of Rapheal and Sophie (Madore) Paradis.
Annette’s favorite pastime was sewing and making quilts.
She also enjoyed playing bingo.
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda and her husband, Joel Gagnon, of Wallagrass, and Susan Niehoff of North Berwick; four sons, Rodney and his wife, Gloria Bouley, of Fort Kent, Larry Bouley of Triangle, Va., Michael Bouley of Sabago, and Alan and his wife, Susan Bouley, of Fort Kent; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Lucien Bouley, in 1971; son, Joel Bouley; daughter-in-law, Thelma Bouley; four sisters, Juliette Ouellette, Alma Dumond, Dora Babin and Theresa Deprey; and one brother, Conrad Paradis. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Friends may call 10-10:45 a.m. Friday, March 2, at Daigle Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent.
