ETHEL A. NADEAU

WOODLAND – Ethel A. Nadeau, 83, wife of the late Leo Nadeau, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Feb. 15, 2012, at her residence. She was born May 20, 1928, in Washburn, daughter of the late Everett and Suzie (Walton) Belmain.

She was a member of Washburn Pentecostal Church. Ethel loved her God and her family, and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryldene and Calvin Shorey of Woodland; two sisters, Kathleen Hayes of Meriden, Conn., and Donna Tibbs of Caribou; her grandson, the Rev. Darin Shorey; three great-granddaughters, Alyssa, Amanda and Allie Shorey, all of Moncton, New Brunswick; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Nadeau was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters, Darrell, Wilma, Everett and Lloyd.

Graveside services will be held in the spring at Woodland Cemetery. Friends who wish to contribute in memory of Mrs. Nadeau may do so through Washburn Pentecostal Church memorial fund. Arrangements by Mockler Funeral Home.
